How can I track the status of my order?

Please note, when your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Click the link from the shipping email confirmation to view the progress of your shipment(s).

How do I make a return?

For all returns purchased in North America that were made on Agamalabel.com, please send us an email at info@agamalabel.com and within 24hrs we'll respond to you with instructions on how to return your order. 

Use Your Own Shipping Method/For International Customers:

The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address:

This address can only be used to return items purchased at Agamalabel.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to the original place of purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.

  • Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. 
  • Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange process.
  • Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange process is initiated to avoid being charged.

    Do you ship outside Canada?

    Currently we do not ship internationally. We only ship within North America. We will be adding international shipping soon.
